Heyaa Friends !!!!

Had penned down random thoughts one night.... Kinda first ever poem of mine which i did not like after it was compiled.... But strangely each and every time this was the poem the editors would choose while printing in their magazines.... In college and also in LnT's magazine... :)

Have You…

Have you spared a second thought,

Over a person howling in pain,

All he has is a sorrowful heart,

And loads of worries devoid of gain.

Have you passed by a crying soul,

Ignoring his eyes full of tears,

All he pleads is to be a part of whole,

And escape from all his fears.

Have you lend a helping hand,

To a man deprived in life,

All he dwells with is a scarred mind,

And thoughts that drives him to a knife.

Have you tried feeling the cry,

Of bruised body full of stain,

All he needs is a moment to die,

And end his life which seems like a vain.

Have you until now given a deaf ear,

And are repenting thinking it’s too late,

Don’t worry; he’s still dwelling with his fears,

You can help him change his fate.
